O206 Terms of Service

By placing an order on this store, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Nature of the products. Products sold on O206 are digital 3D geometry files (STL, 3MF, and GLB formats) depicting anatomical skeletal structures, delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
  2. License, not sale. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the files under the O206 End User License Agreement (EULA), available at [link to your EULA page]. In summary, and subject to the full EULA: you may print and distribute the physical printed object; you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital file itself.
  3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
  4. Intended use. Products are intended for research and development, education, prototyping, and non-clinical reference use. They are not validated or intended for clinical or surgical planning use.
  5. Payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are due in full at time of purchase, processed by our third-party payment provider(s).
  6. No refunds. All sales are final, per the Return and Refund Policy.
  7. Intellectual property. The underlying anatomical geometry incorporated into our products originates from openly licensed sources, detailed in the EULA and Legal Notice. O206's preparation work, print-optimized geometry, embedded metadata, and catalog presentation are proprietary. These Terms grant a license only; no ownership of any product transfers to you.
  8. Disclaimer of warranties. Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, O206 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products.
  10. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the products will be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
