Refund policy

All sales are final. O206 products are digital license files delivered electronically at the time of purchase. Because files are accessible immediately on completion of payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a license has been issued.

If a technical failure prevents you from receiving your purchased files, for example a broken download link or a duplicate charge, contact contact@o206.com and we will resolve the delivery or billing issue directly. This is a delivery guarantee for what you already paid for, not a refund exception.
